• Strictly necessary: required for the website to function securely and to remember your consent choice (bs_consent). Always on. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure, working website (and compliance with ePrivacy rules for strictly necessary storage).

4. What We Measure When You Allow Measurement Cookies

If you allow Measurement cookies, we may collect aggregated and event‑level usage data to improve the site and our services. That includes, for example:

• Page views and basic navigation (including client‑side route changes).
• Scroll depth and clicks on primary navigation, outbound links, and key calls to action.
• Funnel steps in our estimate wizard and discovery‑call booking flow (step views, completions, and conversions).
• Conversion events when you submit contact, quote, estimate or booking forms (with campaign attribution where available).

Form submissions themselves are processed to respond to your enquiry (see our Privacy Policy). Measurement cookies are used to understand and improve those journeys, not to replace the need for your message or booking details.

5. Cookies We Use

The table below lists the main cookies used on this website. Exact names and durations set by third parties (Google, Meta) can change; the providers' own policies are authoritative. Optional cookies are only set after you opt in to the matching category.

We use Google Tag Manager to load tags. Tag Manager itself does not set analytics cookies; the cookies above are set by the tags it loads, and only in line with your consent choice. Server‑side conversion APIs (for example Meta Conversions API or CRM sync) may process enquiry data you submit in a form; that processing is described in our Privacy Policy and is separate from browser cookies.

6. Third‑Party Cookies and International Transfers

For Strictly necessary cookies we rely on our legitimate interest in providing a secure, functional website. 9. Your Rights in the United States

We do not sell personal information for money. However, our use of Experience cookies (such as the Meta Pixel) may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under some state laws.

• Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: open Cookie settings and turn off Experience cookies (or choose Reject optional) to opt out of advertising/targeting cookies.
• Global Privacy Control: we treat a GPC signal from your browser as a valid opt‑out of the sale/sharing of personal information.
• Non‑discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

10. Data Retention

Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser; persistent cookies remain for the durations shown in the table above (or until you delete them). Your consent record (bs_consent) is kept for up to 180 days, after which we will ask for your choice again.

11. Children's Privacy

Our website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly use cookies to collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
