A bicycle-parts wholesaler whose storefront is wired straight into its logistics.

CykelParts supplies bicycle tyres and tubes to the trade, one of Denmark’s leading sources for quality cycle tyres, and a fast-growing one. But selling parts online was being throttled by what happened after the sale. Every order was handled by hand between the shop, the warehouse and the carriers, re-typed from one system into the next, which is slow, error-prone, and the first thing to break when volume climbs.
We built them a storefront on a flexible platform and wired it straight into logistics. A trade buyer searches by brand, type and size, sees real stock status on every product so they are never ordering something that is sold out, and checks out from their own account. The moment they do, the order moves on its own, from checkout to the warehouse to the carrier, through the shipping and inventory systems we integrated, without anyone re-keying it.
That is the whole point of the build. Taking the manual handling out means orders ship faster, mistakes from re-typing disappear, and the business can grow its order volume without growing the admin behind it. For a company already scaling fast, a shop that effectively ships itself is exactly the leverage it needed.
