A leading Scandinavian tyre wholesaler, re-platformed to scale with its own growth.
The project
Dæk Skandinavien is a tyre wholesaler supplying workshops and tyre centres across Scandinavia, and it is growing fast, nominated a Børsen Gazelle in 2024, a winner at the Scandinavian Business Awards 2025, among the top 0.9% of fastest-growing Danish companies. Growth like that outran the tools it started on, a legacy WordPress system that could not keep up, so they partnered with us to overhaul the whole digital operation.
Our role
We re-platformed the business from the ground up. Off legacy WordPress and onto a modern, high-performance platform built to scale, and we migrated their existing user base across so nobody was left behind. The result is a site that is faster and genuinely scalable, with a modern design, built to carry whatever comes next.
For the trade buyer the new storefront is fast and honest. A workshop types in a number plate or a tyre size and gets exactly what fits, works from their own account, and orders around the clock. Every product also carries its official EU energy label, because we integrated the platform with EPREL, the EU’s energy-labelling registry, so the label is generated and displayed automatically without anyone maintaining it by hand.
Behind it, staff work from a robust admin panel where they manage orders, shipments and customer data in one place. Drop-shipping is automated, with orders and inventory syncing both ways in real time so stock stays accurate across every channel and an order flows from the shop into fulfilment without being re-keyed. The warehouse side, where our scanner keeps the count honest, is its own case study.

A fast-growing tyre wholesaler had outgrown its legacy WordPress system. It needed a platform that could scale, automate drop-shipping and real-time stock across channels, keep the shelf honest under a three-hour delivery promise, and meet EU energy-label rules, without the team re-keying orders or maintaining labels by hand.
