The project

Gift card redemption is a business with zero patience. A customer wants cash for their card, they want it in minutes, and there is real money moving on every transaction, so the software behind it cannot blink. iTech Redeem turns gift cards into cash, and all of it rests on the platform we built.

Our role

We delivered the full package, design, development and the secure cloud platform it all runs on. The public site people see is only the front door. The real product is the admin dashboard behind it, where the business actually runs. Every redemption is processed there, quoted, checked and paid out, with the transaction clearing instantly because a customer is on the line waiting for their money. It gives the business real-time insight, transaction tracking and full visibility, rather than money moving in the dark.

Because money is involved, it had to be fast and reliable enough for payments-grade work, which is why we built it on secure cloud infrastructure sized for uptime. The result is a redemption business that can promise cash in minutes and actually keep it, a clean front door for the customer and an engine room the team trusts to move real money.
