Nordic Limousine started in 2018 with a single vehicle and grew into one of Copenhagen’s leading chauffeur services, enough to be nominated a Børsen Gazelle in 2024, among the top 1% of fastest-growing Danish companies. Growth like that does not run on phone calls and email, which is how the bookings used to come in, with no live view of the fleet and payment sorted out after the fact.
We built them a booking platform that turns all of that into one online flow. A customer chooses how they want to travel, a point-to-point transfer, an hourly chauffeur, or a set Copenhagen tour, enters the ride, and the platform works out the distance and time as they go. They pick the right vehicle for the party and the luggage, anything from a sedan to a coach bus, leave their details, and pay upfront by Stripe or PayPal. Four steps, ride to payment, no phone call required.
Behind the booking screen, operations run the whole fleet from a single screen, with availability shown live at the moment of booking, so a car is never double-booked and the team is never guessing what is free. The platform carries the full range of what Nordic Limousine sells too, from airport transfers and cruise-port pickups to VIP security, corporate travel and weddings.
The result is a luxury service that feels effortless to book and is calm to run, the kind of platform a fast-growing company can scale on without adding a phone line for every new car.
Luxury transport was being booked over phone and email, with no live view of the fleet and payment handled after the fact. A fast-growing service needed bookings, availability and payment in one place.
We replaced phone-and-email booking with one flow that quotes, books and takes payment, and one screen that runs the fleet behind it.
Distance, hourly or a set tour, from ride details to payment.
The right vehicle by passengers and luggage, sedan to coach bus.
Real-time fleet availability and dynamic pricing at booking.
Secure payment taken at booking via Stripe and PayPal.
One screen to run the whole fleet.
