One tyre platform that sells across every European market from a single pool of Danish stock, native in each country.

Selling tyres across Europe is harder than it looks. Every market wants its own language, its own currency and VAT, its own carriers and expectations, and the usual answer is to run a separate shop for each country and stitch them together by hand. TyreEurope, the pan-European arm of the fast-growing Dæk Skandinavien group, wanted the opposite, one platform that feels native everywhere and sells from a single pool of stock in Denmark.
It is one platform serving every market in its own language, with the right VAT handling for EU and Danish trade buyers rather than a separate storefront per country. A workshop searches by size, season and brand and sees real-time stock, not the fictional inventory that leads to a cancelled order three days later. Every product also carries its official EU energy label, because we wired the platform into EPREL, the EU’s official energy-label registry.
The engine behind it is a two-way link with the group’s ERP and inventory system. The platform and the ERP stay in step in both directions in real time, stock flows in so the site always shows what is genuinely available, and orders and invoices flow back so an order placed on the site is processed straight through to fulfilment. Nobody re-keys an order, and the stock a customer sees is never fictional.
We also turned the catalogue into a European sales channel. The platform generates a Google Shopping product feed and is wired into Google Merchant Center, with a dedicated SEO-ready page for every product and size, so TyreEurope’s stock is discoverable in Google Shopping across markets. And the business runs from an admin panel we built into the same platform, where staff work through orders and invoices pulled live from the ERP and approve trade-account applications, while customers get their own dashboard.
Selling tyres across Europe means different languages, currencies, VAT, carriers and expectations per market, usually solved with a separate shop per country and no single view of stock, orders or customers.
Instead of a shop per country, we built one platform that feels local in every market and wired it straight into the group’s own systems, so the same stock sells everywhere and stays in sync end to end.
Native in every market with per-market VAT, one platform not many shops.
Orders, invoices, returns, claims and stock control in one back office.
Real-time stock and orders in step with the ERP, nothing re-keyed.
A Google Shopping product feed so the catalogue is discoverable across markets.
Official labels generated per product for compliance.
The back office carries the operational side of selling into every market. Orders arrive from the storefront and from connected partner systems, each tagged with where it came from, and are worked through pending, confirmed, delivered and cancelled. Invoices are raised against them with VAT calculated for the right market and a PDF the customer can download. Returns and claims each have their own queue. A stock management area sits alongside, with alerts on tyres running low, season and size summaries across the whole catalogue, and purchase orders raised against suppliers, so the team can see what is in stock, what is already on order and what needs buying before it sells out.
Multiple carriers wired in for reliable cross-border shipping.
