A scheduling tool that turns ATM locations and service deadlines into optimized daily routes.
The project
FirstLink services ATMs across a wide territory, and scheduling those visits by hand meant technicians criss-crossing the map, hours lost to routing that made no geographic sense.
Our role
We built the tool that plans the day instead. It takes in the ATM locations and service deadlines, and an optimization engine groups service points by proximity using mapping and geolocation, producing a scheduled plan the team runs their routes from. Running in the cloud, it turned hand-planned routing into a daily plan that makes geographic sense every time.
