Global Recycling of Tampa Bay has run a recycling yard and roll-off dumpster service out of Clark Street in Tampa since 1990, a family business under Max and Denise Sanchez. The work is straightforward, haul away construction debris, rent out a dumpster sized to the job, sell recycled concrete, asphalt, brick and aggregate back out, but every part of it, sizing a dumpster, pricing a load of material, booking a delivery, used to run through a phone call during business hours.
We built the yard a materials catalogue and a quoting flow customers can run themselves. Recycled concrete, asphalt, brick, block, stone and aggregate are browsable and priced, added to a cart the way any product would be, and a 10, 15, 20, 30 or 40-yard roll-off can be sized and quoted the same way. Underneath it sits a document library, the service agreement, the roll-off request form, the credit card authorization, so the paperwork a job needs is a download instead of a fax. The whole thing runs in English and Spanish, matching the customers the yard actually serves.
A dumpster rental and recycled-materials yard runs on phone calls and paperwork by default, sizing, pricing and scheduling delivery all going through a call, with no way for a customer to just add a load to a cart.
We built the catalogue and the quote flow, recycled materials and roll-off sizes, priced and browsable, plus the document library the job needs, bilingual throughout.
