A full digital platform for a multi-location flooring retailer, from visualizing a floor in your own room to ordering it, with every showroom run from one admin panel.
The project
Hello Floors runs premium flooring showrooms across Florida and Georgia, in St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Orlando and Atlanta. Buying flooring is a confidence problem, most people cannot picture how a floor will actually look until it is down, and a retailer with showrooms in several cities has to keep products, prices, leads and orders straight across all of them. We built the platform that does both.
Our role
For the customer, it takes the guesswork out. A room visualizer lets them preview flooring styles, colours and finishes in their own space before deciding, and from there they can order online, request a free installation estimate, or apply for financing, a confident path from inspiration to installation. Payments run through Stripe, and the whole experience is fast and mobile. Behind it is the part that makes a multi-location retailer actually work, one admin panel for the whole company. Head office, corporate teams and each showroom get exactly the access that fits their job, managing the product catalogue and photos, location details, leads, inquiries and orders across every showroom, with real-time updates so everyone sees the same truth, and secure sign-in including passkeys keeping it locked down. It is not a brochure with a contact form, it is the operating system the showrooms run on.

We built the whole thing, the storefront that lets customers see and buy a floor with confidence, and the admin panel that gives each showroom, and head office, exactly the controls to run it.
