A complete cloud hosting platform whose control panel turns buying hosting into a live server, ready in minutes.

HostPepper is a hosting company with a simple problem that every hosting company has. Every new customer meant manual work. Creating the account, configuring the server, setting up PHP, pointing DNS, installing an SSL certificate. The team could sell hosting faster than they could set it up.
We built the platform that removed the humans from that loop. A customer checks out through Stripe and the system takes over. It picks a server with capacity, creates an isolated environment for the account, sets it up at the PHP version the site needs, with resources of its own, and hands the customer a control panel where everything else is a button.
From that panel customers install WordPress in one click, register or transfer domains, manage DNS on HostPepper's own nameservers, create mailboxes, add SSL, run backups and restore them, manage databases, cron jobs and files. Sites can run any PHP version from 7.3 to 8.4 and switch per domain or subdomain. Every account is sealed off on its own, so one customer's site can never touch another's.
Under the hood, one central brain directs a lightweight agent on every server, with the customer panel in front in English and Danish, and monitoring watches every machine so the team sees problems before customers do.
Growth is built into the product too. A customer generates their own referral code and shares it, the person they refer gets 20% off their first purchase automatically at checkout, and once that new customer has spent enough the referrer earns a real cash reward into a wallet inside the panel. The balance can be spent against their own bill or cashed out to their bank through Stripe, all tracked safely so the incentive never gets gamed.
A hosting business can only grow as fast as it can provision, and manual account setup was the ceiling. Every sale created server work, and every server task a customer could not do themselves became a support ticket.
We took every manual step out of running a hosting business and put it behind one self-serve panel, so the platform provisions while the team sells.
One-click WordPress, DNS, email, SSL and backups, all from one panel.
Stripe checkout to a live, isolated hosting account in minutes, no human in between.
Tiered wholesale with e-signed agreements and panel domains on the reseller’s own brand.
Referral codes, first-purchase discounts and cash rewards paid out through Stripe.
Every server watched around the clock, so the team sees problems before customers do.
“I’ve been working with ByteShifted for the last six months. The team is skilled and proficient with the project we have presented to them. They are extremely resourceful and professional. I am grateful to be working with them, and we will continue to use ByteShifted for future projects.”

The result is a hosting business where the team's time goes into customers and growth, not setup. That growth engine became its own story in the reseller program and white-label panel.
Alongside the customer panel sits the console the HostPepper team runs the business from. Every hosting account is listed with its company, account number and the products on it, searchable and editable in place. The commercial levers live here too, the packages that are sold, the pricing per domain extension and the promo codes that discount them, so changing what the company offers is a change in the panel rather than a developer task. A features designer sets what each package actually includes, the reseller program is administered from the same navigation, and server management and status show the fleet that accounts are provisioned onto. It is the other half of the automation, the team steering the platform while the platform does the provisioning.
Accounts, packages, domain pricing, promo codes and servers run from one staff console.
