A wholesale hosting channel where agencies resell HostPepper under their own brand and domain.

With HostPepper’s platform automating provisioning, the business wanted a second engine for growth, letting agencies and IT companies resell its hosting to their own clients. Done by hand that means contracts, spreadsheets of discounts and someone manually creating every end customer’s account.
So we built the reseller program as a product. Three tiers with volume discounts, and an application that generates a quote on the spot, goes out for digital signature, and provisions the reseller’s account, pricing and quotas the moment it is signed. From there the reseller works from their own area, creating customers and assigning products against their quota, with consolidated Stripe billing, grace periods and automatic suspension for non-payment.
We even built the exits, so if a reseller leaves their customers are migrated to direct billing or wound down cleanly, with everyone affected notified. The top tier unlocks white-label, the reseller uploads a logo and support email and runs the whole panel under their own brand, at their own domain, which the platform provisions and verifies through its own DNS.
The reseller works from a panel of their own rather than through the HostPepper team. Customer logins are created there and shown against the plan, so a reseller can always see the tier they are on, how many seats of their quota are used and how many remain on each package before they need to move up. Every customer row links through to its hosting and can be edited or removed from the same screen. Branding is self-serve in the same place, where the reseller sets a brand name and support address, uploads a logo and favicon against clear size limits, and points the panel at their own domain, which the platform provisions and verifies before it shows as live. The reseller’s customers see the reseller’s brand, with HostPepper underneath it.
HostPepper wanted agencies reselling its hosting, but a manual channel means contracts, discount spreadsheets and hand-built customer accounts, and partners who want their own brand mean manual DNS and server work for every domain. That does not scale.
We turned the whole reseller lifecycle into a product, from signup to white-label, so partners onboard themselves and run their own customers without the team in the loop.
