A mobile app where drivers scan containers, update jobs and follow loads, keeping dispatch current in real time.
The project
iLoad’s drivers were updating container loads by phone and paper, so dispatch never had a current picture of the day and every update was a call someone had to make and someone had to key in.
Our role
We built iLoad Driver, a mobile app that puts the whole workflow on the phone. Drivers load jobs securely by passcode, and the camera reads container and seal data on its own, with high-quality image upload and manual handling for anything unrecognized. Updates sync to the cloud in real time and flow straight into the vendor systems, so dispatch sees the day as it actually happens, redundant calls disappear, and manual entry errors go with them.
