The project

Booking catering for a party, wedding or company event usually means the same slog, calling caterers one by one, chasing quotes, and trying to compare offers that all look different. It is days of back-and-forth for something that should be simple. TasteOwl set out to fix that, and we built the platform.

Our role

We built a catering marketplace where the work happens in one place. Someone planning an event browses over 100 menus with the price per person shown upfront, then sends a single request with their date, guest count and budget. Instead of ringing round, they get back tailored, handpicked quotes from vetted caterers to compare side by side, and book the one they like, free and non-binding, with no contract until they are ready. Behind the clean, fast interface the platform handles vendor verification and reviews, so the caterers people see are ones they can trust, and there is a partner side for caterers to come on board. It is deliberately not a faceless algorithm, real people who know Danish catering stand behind it.
