Prime Door

The project

Prime Door sells and installs premium doors and windows across Tampa Bay, interior, exterior, impact and entry doors, plus impact windows, and runs the identical platform under two domains, primedoorco.com and primedoorfl.com. Pricing a door or window depends on a dozen variables at once, category, material, core, size, swing direction, whether it is a stock size or needs a custom measurement, and getting a real number has usually meant a phone call or a site visit before a customer even knows if it fits the budget.

Our role

We built a full door and window configurator that walks a customer through every one of those choices and prices it live, category first, then style, core, size or a request for custom measurement, ending in an itemized, instant quote in English or Spanish. From there, a customer can book a measurement visit, virtual over video or a specialist in person, review and digitally sign a contract, and pay a deposit, the whole path from browsing to a booked job without a call. Behind it, an admin panel runs the business side, bookings, quotes, contact messages, the team and the product catalogue, all in one place.

How the team runs the business behind it

Every quote, booking and contract the configurator produces lands in an admin panel built for the Prime Door team to run day to day. Staff work bookings and quote queries as they come in, manage contact messages without digging through an inbox, and keep the product catalogue, categories, materials, sizes and pricing, up to date from one place. Team member access is managed from the same panel, so the whole operation, not just the customer-facing quote tool, runs on the platform we built.
