A self-serve scheduling site for a scrap tire hauling and recycling company serving Virginia, Maryland and DC, request a pickup without picking up the phone.
The project
ROCO Company has hauled and recycled scrap tires across Virginia, Maryland and DC since 1999, alongside contract tire shredding for industrial and commercial sites. For a new customer, getting a pickup scheduled meant calling in during business hours, no way to request one after hours or without waiting on hold.
Our role
We built a self-serve scheduling flow so a new customer can request a tire pickup directly from the site, no call required, alongside service and company pages that lay out the scope of the work, hauling, collection, recycling and contract shredding, clearly enough that most questions are answered before anyone picks up the phone.

Scheduling a tire pickup for a hauling and recycling business ran entirely through phone calls, no way for a new customer to request one outside business hours or without waiting on hold.
