The project
Filling a last-minute shift meant hours of phone calls, and paying the substitute correctly meant manual admin after every job. Tempify wanted the whole temporary-staffing lifecycle to run itself.
Our role
We built the platform end to end. Substitutes set up rich profiles with qualifications, availability and hourly rates, and an advanced search and matchmaking engine pairs companies with qualified candidates, with interviews, selection and onboarding all handled in the same workflow. Then the money side runs itself too, the platform calculates worker payouts, charges the company, and retains its commission, a fair, transparent ecosystem with no spreadsheet in sight.
